A credit is a dollar of metered AI usage. Cairn prices per operation rather than per resolution: roughly 5.5¢ for a conversation the agent answers end to end, 1¢ for a copilot draft your team edits, and half a cent for a conversation summary. Your balance is visible in the product at all times, with the per-operation cost shown next to the action that spends it.
What we will and will not say about price
Solid means we can defend it today. Struck red means it will never appear on this site — including any comparison of a competitor's pricing, which we consider unwinnable and beneath the argument.
